Walking outside the Modernistic Dali Museum in St Pete, Florida, we look out over the harbor and threes along the water and come across this inactive fountain. The color of the water contrasts with the blue color of the sky on this clear blue day. Notice how short the shutter speed is when shooting directly into the sun with no ND and no Polarizing filter.
