Moving closer to the Erie Canal we come to the cement abutment wall and crawl up on top. Here we can set the tripod up on the top of the wall being carefull to not topple it right into the canal. The tripod is set as low as possible which is about 12″ so as much sunset reflection in the Erie Canal can be seen. Its getting dark quickly and the colors are changing fast as the light wanes.
