After going up the special elevator to the 25th floor, and then taking the stairs up three more floors, I entered the observation deck at the very top of City Hall in Buffalo. It looked to be 8 sided and had thick and tall plexiglass that partially blocked the view but on a few shots I extended the tripod as high as it would go and then held it way up over the top of the plexiglass barrier and set the timer to 10 seconds.

If you follow the dual roads straight out they lead to a view of Canada in the distance and the tower there is at Niagara Falls itself. When there I could see the plume of mist from Niagara Falls, but with the wide angle lens, it didn’t show up as well.
