Now we have walked in the snow along the rim of the cliff to the Genesee River. We had to be a little careful as there was about a foot of snow on the ground right up to the edge. The path was flat and about 8 feet wide and had occasional bumps to trip you and I figured out this was the the old Railroad bed where the tracks had been pulled up long ago. It led to a platform very near the edge of the High falls on the East side and gave a nice elevated view. The water was roaring loud and there was a mist coming off just like at Niagara Falls. This panoramic view is made up of 7 stitched together views. You can see the entire blue high walking bridge downriver and to the right the Genesee Brewery. The tall building there is the Kodak building.

Hey! What is that big BOX doing sitting there in the middle of the water of the Genesee River? They are huge lights that light up the falls at night so we will have to come back some evening and see what it looks like.
