While in the Memorial Art Gallery in Rochester, NY, I entered a small dark room with a display by artist Robert Kirschbaum called “The 42 Letter Name”.  I was fascinated because the images looked like Isometric drawings of white lines on black.  They were clean and fascinating.  At the MAG website on the exhibit here: 42 Letter Name, its says quote: “Fusing Judaic concepts of sacred space with forms derived from traditional South Asian religious art, Robert Kirschbaum’s The 42-Letter Name is a meditation upon divinity, creation and faith.”
