I decided to go to Orlando, Florida recently with a friend and see the Mecum Auto Auction.  I have never seen a car show that big in my life. You truly could not see it all in one day.  Here as you enter one of the first things you see are massive and I am sure expensive boats which surprised me.  This is the engine business end of a 50 foot speed cruiser.

These are “7 marine” engines and yes each is 627 horsepower for a total of 2508 Horse Power to just get you by.  I asked how fast she went and they said the boat could sustain 60 + knots.  I need one of these for my canoe I was thinking.  The engines are made by Cadillac and somehow fit in those motor cowlings.

The props were unusual “submarine” type with 5 blades too:
