Even though it is “Spring” here, there was plenty of snow left in early April to chill to the bone. The snow melt off really has the Genesee River flowing fast and this photograph was taken before the lights came on the falls. City lights had just come on. Notice the deep chasm behind the falls where the solid rock has been eaten away over the eons.
