Walking around the beautiful walkways of the Buffalo and Erie County Naval and Military Museum you could see the Lighthouse at the mouth of the Buffalo River. We walked down the park walkways way out to the point to see it better and found lots of small shops and restaurants with ice cream shops out there. You could look across the water of the Buffalo River and see the very old original lighthouse quite clearly. There was no access to it as it is past the Coast Guard Station on the other side of the river.
