Whenever I go to Empire Farm Days in Seneca Falls, NY I like to see all the beautifully painted farm equipment. This piece of equipment is used to twirl or fluff up the cut hay on the ground so it can dry before baling and to move the hay into neat lines. There are tents and equipment as far as you can see in all directions.
