Yes, after a beautiful 40 min walk to the far end of the gorge at Taughannock Falls State Park in Ithaca, NY we arrived at the high waterfall. It was very tall, but had only a threadless flow. It was the dry season as seen by the semi dry riverbed of rock as we approached.
