Let us continue our tour of the Great Camp Santanoni on a Fall day in the Adirondacks near Newcomb, NY. We stopped out horse drawn wagons at the 45 minute mark on the road to Santanoni (within its preserve) and we are at the site of the large farm that supplied the Great Camp back in 1892. The Creamery building is here and we go inside. There are no lights in there so we turn the ISO way up on the camera:
It is cool inside because of the stone walls and plaster walls with windows and cabinets stored on three walls. In the next room:
In this room there were sinks for washing out the milking equipment and cream separators. They even had piped in water and heat in later years.
