The 1931 Pierce-Arrow at the Luray Caverns Car and Carriage Museum had a 124 hp gasoline engine and the car had the classic long nose and blossoming headlights out of the fenders. The Pierce-Arrow Motor Car Company was in Buffalo, New York. The hood ornament was a piece of art also but unfortunately these hood ornaments took a lot of abuse being in the front of the car and were often damaged in accidents.
