After taking some photographs of the bridge, we moved North in Rochester along the Genesee River to see some downtown views. It was windy and very cold out and the water was super choppy. In the first view over the water I took a long exposure 20 second photograph to smooth out the water a little.
Compare this to the exact same location and view but at a much faster shutter speed. This view shows the choppy, aggressive water of the Genesee River this Spring. I prefer the former (above) more silky looking water.
Does anyone prefer the second view?
